Recommended Use:

As a dietary supplement, mix three level scoops of Scivation MASS GAINER into 16 ounces of water and mix vigorously in a shaker cup or blender. Consume 1-4 servings per day, between regular meals or as a pre- and post-workout meal supplement on training days.
