Gym was packed today could not do much of anything. I hate our school gym its the biggest I have ever been in yet there are always tons of people in it 24/7. Makes working out a drag...your always waiting for something.

i feel your pain bro LOL! my gym is packed from 6-8 pm!! i whish i could go in the morning jeje...i guess we have to deal with it! have a great weekend and keep up the great job

(after that set of 10 I got a sharp pain in my left knee) anyone have any idea formwise what could have caused that? Probably doesnt help that I did deads on Leg day.
