Gym was packed today could not do much of anything. I hate our school gym its the biggest I have ever been in yet there are always tons of people in it 24/7. Makes working out a drag...your always waiting for something.

Legs and Deads Leg Ext Warmup Squats- 135X10 Warmup 225X5 315X5 315X5 315X5 225X10 Deadlifts 135X10 225X5 315X10 (after that set of 10 I got a sharp pain in my left knee) anyone have any idea formwise what could have caused that? Probably doesnt help that I did deads on Leg day. Standing calves Hammer Strength Machine Starting Weight- 54lbs 6plates total, 3 on each side 3X15, 13, 11 Leg Press Hammer Strength Machine Starting Weight 118lbs 5 plates each sideX10 6plates eachsidex10 6plates eachsideX10 and there we have it. Not a real long work out today, but im cashed. hopefully my knee doesnt hurt tomorrow! |
