Disposable Heroes” by Metallica. Any seconds thoughts I may be having with a set are instantaneously put in their place within the first five seconds of this song blasting into my headphones. It's like my brain switches into another mind-state when this song comes on!
If I had to pick just one song, it would have to be “Momma Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J.
As a Virginia Tech Hokies alum, “Enter Sandman” always gets me hyped up. It is arguably the greatest entrance in all of college sports.
I do not have one particular favorite song. I vary what songs I listen to during workouts. What gets me fired up changes from day to day and week to week. Examples of workout music I like are Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, old school Metallica, Machinehead, and Avenged Sevenfold.
